Transforming Agriculture through Data Excellence

AGCO is seeking a skilled Data Steward to join our global team, driving the continuous improvement and monitoring of dealer data worldwide. As a Data Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of our dealer data, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality data that meets global standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the dealer data owner, data governance, and IT to define and implement dealer data quality standards, processes, and data cleansing rules.
  • Act as an internal knowledge broker for GDPR and similar data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Document and ensure understanding of data lineage across the dealer system landscape, working closely with IT.
  • Identify and resolve global data quality issues in partnership with business units, driving data integrity and accuracy.
  • Monitor and enhance Dealer MDM workflow SLAs with business input, ensuring seamless data management.
Your Ideal Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience as a data steward, data analyst, or data scientist, with a strong background in data governance and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and similar global regulations, with a basic understanding of agile methodology and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (Salesforce or SAP MDG) and data management platforms is an advantage.
