Senior Relationship Manager - Grow High Net Worth Client Assets

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) and business owners.

Your primary objective is to enhance the assets under management (AUM) by delivering bespoke financial solutions and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Performance Targets: Achieve individual targets across HNI/TPP and banking segments.
  • Drive Growth: Ensure absolute targets are met through achievement over target.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Focus on defined income objectives and base penetration with all relevant products.
  • Maintain Customer Profitability: Maintain customer level profitability objectives for self and team.
  • Achieve Client Sign-On Objectives: Achieve minimum client sign on objectives as defined by the Business Head.
Requirements
  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of equity and related areas.
  • Sales and Influencing Skills: Excellent sales and influencing skills.
  • Client Management: Ability to manage complex client requirements.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in current account acquisition, product & processes, trade & forex, and other current account related products.
