As a Senior Wealth Management Executive, you will lead a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering comprehensive investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

This is an individual role requiring strong personal relationships, in-depth product knowledge, and a track record of building long-term client connections while delivering consistent revenue and asset growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and wealth planning needs.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, providing strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client goals.

Investment Advisory & Solutions:

  • Advise clients on a range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
  • Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve AUM and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulations.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking with a reputable firm.
  • Proven individual contributor track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of high-net-worth clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
