About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at our corporate office in North Goa. This full-time on-site position requires someone with a creative mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, deep understanding of key social media platforms, analytical ability, experience of developing strong digital presence for consumer brands, and a passion for building a brand from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Branding Strategy:
    • Market Research and Competitive Analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Brand Positioning to create a unique value proposition that resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Strategy Across Platforms (Primarily Organic):
    • Benchmarking and Identification of Audience & Messaging across Platforms to create engaging content that attracts and retains followers.
    • Development and execution of comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) to create brand awareness, build extensive user engagement, and earn strong brand loyalty.
    • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  • Conceptualise and Oversee Creation of Engaging Content to Attract and Retain Followers:
    • Conceptualize and oversee development of high-quality, visually appealing content that showcases our vacation rental properties and promotes our brand identity.
    • Creative Skills: Photography, Videography, Graphic Designing, Photo & Video Editing, Creative Copywriting.
  • Planning, Ideation and Execution of Monthly Social Media Calendar across Platforms:
    • Ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Optimisation of Website Content:
    • SEO (on-page) and Keyword Search using Google Keyword Planner & Google Analytics.
    • Influencer Marketing: Research & Identify Influencers who resonate with our target audience and collaborate with them to generate engaging content.
  • Online User Engagement & Community Building:
    • Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators related to user engagement & satisfaction and brand sentiment.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in social media marketing and online community management preferably with exposure to the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 - ₹11,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for performance-based incentives and bonuses.
