We have recently commenced onboarding homes on our platform and invite a highly skilled and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Strategist - Hospitality Expert.

Job Overview

This full-time on-site position requires someone with a creative mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, deep understanding of key social media platforms, analytical ability, experience of developing strong digital presence for consumer brands, and a passion for building a brand from scratch.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing and online community management, preferably with exposure to the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Primarily Organic) to create brand awareness, build extensive user engagement, and earn strong brand loyalty.
  • Conceptualise and oversee creation of engaging content to attract and retain followers, including high-quality, visually appealing content that showcases vacation rental properties and promotes brand identity.
  • Plan, ideate, and execute monthly social media calendars across platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Optimise website content using SEO techniques, keyword search, and analytics tools to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in social media marketing and online community management, preferably with exposure to the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
