Job Title: Process Excellence Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Oracle Fusion ERP.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing current business processes and developing action plans to move to future state Oracle Processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion best practices to drive operational excellence.

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements using Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Support Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and optimizations across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other relevant modules
  • Collaborate with IT and functional teams to identify appropriate configurations for Oracle Fusion application to align business needs
  • Develop/Update Business process models, test scripts, and training documentation to support system improvements
  • Lead or participate in process mapping, gap analysis, and change management initiatives
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and work with Oracle Support when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and data integrity requirements
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to help users adapt to new processes and Oracle Fusion functionalities
