Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Partner Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our company's success story.

This role involves managing and maintaining the list of active certifications, tracking progress toward certification goals, and supporting team members in achieving requirements. The ideal candidate will also manage and triage help desk requests with clients, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations, deliver accurate and timely reporting on Partner Center metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making. Additionally, this role entails facilitating co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics, identifying opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution, and executing pipeline identification and attribution. Furthermore, the successful candidate will support preparation and execution of QBRs and EBCs, and ensure accurate PAL and POR attribution once requirements are met.
