Senior Meta Ads Manager

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing Meta ad campaigns at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling international clients and possess expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.

The key responsibilities of this position include planning and executing end-to-end Meta ad strategies with a focus on ROI, independently managing international client accounts, overseeing ad creatives, launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and making data-backed adjustments.

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Meta ad plans to drive conversions and growth.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with international clients and deliver consistent results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee the development and optimization of ad creatives, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate resources to achieve optimal returns.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • A strong background in managing international clients, with a preference for those with experience in the Australian market.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
