Job Overview

The FP&A Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the GTM teams. The role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the COE team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis to senior management on financial challenges and performances.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
