A UX Designer with expertise in designing engaging user interfaces is sought after to join a rapidly growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, break down complex design problems into actionable chunks, and solve them with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities include designing and developing user interfaces for internal and external websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile and tablet apps, and web applications. You will also participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • Experience in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines and other mobile platform designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
