**Finance Leadership Role**

This senior-level position entails end-to-end accountability across financial planning and analysis, business finance, internal controls, compliance, reporting, and taxation. Proactive application of automation and intelligence in finance operations is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop strategic budgets and forecasts for all functions, aligning with business goals using AI-enabled planning tools.
  • Build predictive models for revenue, costs, and cash runway.
  • Track key performance metrics—LTV, CAC, NRR, payback period, contribution margins, ROI on marketing spends etc using AI tools for real-time insights.
  • Drive variance analysis, scenario planning, and cost-benefit assessments for strategic decisions.
  • Support pricing, hiring, and expansion strategies through data-backed financial insights and building playbooks.
  • Design reporting frameworks and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to leadership and function heads.
  • Promote financial discipline and budgeting ownership across teams through clear planning processes.
  • Provide expertise on international taxes and advise the business on regulatory matters.

**Additional Responsibilities**

  • Manage working capital to support business continuity and growth.
  • Monitor monthly cash flow and raise early alerts to leadership.
  • Optimize working capital and the cash conversion cycle using AI-led process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
  • Provide financial input during strategic planning sessions and other significant business decisions.
  • Own monthly management reports, board decks, and leadership updates.
  • Lead audit closures and ensure timely statutory filings.
  • Maintain internal controls and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Mentor and grow a strong finance team across functions.
  • Encourage an AI-first mindset and foster a culture of automation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • CA Qualified / MBA (from top-tier institutions).
  • Prior experience in Business finance is required.
  • Excellent written and oral articulation.
  • Highly competent in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Has great analytical skills and an eye for attention to detail.
  • Has a positive attitude and keen to learn.
  • Experience or strong interest in applying AI in finance workflows.
