Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop highly scalable, production-ready Python code using Django as a framework.
  • Architect backend services and infra for massive enterprise-grade scale on AWS or GCP.
  • Deploy and manage systems with a focus on speed and reliability.
  • Collaborate directly with founders and engineers to influence architecture and direction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience with deep Python expertise and Django knowledge.
  • Strong cloud skills with familiarity in Kubernetes/Docker.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure in production.
  • Prior startup experience or evidence of end-to-end ownership.
  • CS degree or equivalent professional foundation.
