">Additionally, this person will manage all incidents and service requests related to these modules, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
">Key responsibilities include leading integration efforts between SF modules and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements in all HR technology systems.
">The successful candidate will monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinate with vendors for resolution and continuous improvement.
">Engagement with HRBPs, business leaders, and functional heads is required to gather requirements and feedback.
">Maintenance of comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, SOPs, and user guides is also essential.
">Furthermore, this person will provide technical guidance and support to HR teams, enabling effective use of HR systems and tools.
">Analysis of HR data and generation of insights to support decision-making and strategic planning are also key responsibilities.
">Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology is crucial, as this role involves recommending innovations to enhance HR service delivery.
