We are seeking a seasoned Quality Management professional to spearhead quality initiatives and drive business excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of experience in Quality Management, with expertise in electronics industry standards.

  • Develop and implement quality management systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
  • Conduct quality audits and produce quality reports
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Mentor and build a strong QA/QC team

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality audits, producing quality reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and training staff on quality procedures. Additionally, they will address customer concerns and work towards enhancing the overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality System Development: Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems that meet industry standards.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct regular quality audits and generate comprehensive reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing QA/QC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
  • Customer Focus: Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in Quality Management within the electronics industry
  • Strong knowledge of SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & 8D tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
