About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to own and optimize our entire go-to-market tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing a streamlined tech ecosystem, eliminating bloat and reducing redundancy. They will serve as the primary point of contact for GTM tool integrations, data syncs, and reporting.

We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce, HubSpot, and at least two other tools such as Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, or Gong. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B revenue operations, including the connection between sales, marketing, and customer success.

The selected individual will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design efficient processes across lead routing, scoring, attribution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting. They will also build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics, such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

  • Owning and optimizing the GTM tech stack
  • Serving as SFDC administrator and power user
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Designing efficient processes
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce, HubSpot, and at least two other tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and the connection between sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems
  • Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, attribution, and pipeline metrics
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves but also thinking strategically about how tech can unlock growth

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with data tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Supporting ABM or multi-touch attribution models
