Revenue Growth Specialist

Chargebee is looking for a highly skilled Commission Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the calculation, analysis, and reporting of sales commissions.
You will work closely with GTM teams, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts, align compensation plans with business objectives, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process sales commissions based on individual and team performance metrics.
- Ensure commission structures comply with compensation plans and company policies.
- Reconcile discrepancies and address commission-related queries from sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales incentive compensation concepts and hands-on implementation experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and ICM tools like Everstage, Xactly or SPIFF is a plus.
