Linux Systems Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Linux Automation Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of automated patch, vulnerability, and configuration compliance frameworks across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) endpoints.
The role involves scripting, integration, compliance reporting, and collaboration with security and audit teams in a large-scale enterprise environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scripts (Bash, Python, YAML) for compliance enforcement, integrating patch management with enterprise dashboards and reporting tools, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Patch Management Automation: Design and implement automated patch remediation for RHEL 7/8/9 systems.
- Systems Integration & Compliance: Integrate with enterprise tools: SIEM, ITSM, LDAP, PIM/PAM, Red Hat IPA/Satellite.
- Monitoring & Incident Response: Real-time monitoring of patch management systems for uptime and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced proficiency in RHEL 7/8/9
- Strong scripting skills: Bash, Python, YAML
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Red Hat Satellite)
- Familiarity with patching tools and integration protocols
