Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our Red Hat OpenShift clusters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management, installation, configuration, implementation, integration, monitoring, patch management, VA/PT closure, and troubleshooting of OCP environments.

  • Install, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
  • Perform regular upgrades and patching of OCP environments.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of OCP clusters.
  • Provide L3 support for incidents and problems related to OpenShift.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of OCP clusters.
  • Implement best practices for resource allocation and management.
  • Conduct capacity planning and scaling of OCP environments.
  • Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage access controls and authentication mechanisms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
  • Understanding of network configurations, load balancing, and firewall management.
