Job Description:




  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the fragrance, flavor, and essential oil industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including key accounts and national presence.
  • Collaborate with the R&D department to develop custom fragrances and offerings in line with customer-specific briefs.
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
  • Work with the team to achieve business growth through identifying and penetrating new markets.


Requirements:




  • Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities:




  • Achieve customer satisfaction by providing proactive presentation about current market trends and new products.
  • Deliver customised fragrances by working with the R&D department.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Anticipate needs and schedule work effectively.
  • Review plans and measure progress regularly.
  • Participate in internal evaluation of fragrances and categorization for different applications.
