Job Title: Senior Fashion Stylist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fashion Stylist to lead our team in creating high-quality imaging assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion merchandising, excellent visual composition skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role
  • Lead all functions within the studio, ensuring operational goals are met while maintaining quality imaging asset creation.
  • Oversee operational and creative teams, ensuring they are appropriately resourced to deliver against business objectives.
  • Manage changing priorities and implement plans to meet business needs, including staffing, space planning, and budget management.
  • Maintain studio-wide safety and loss prevention programs, as well as monitor industry and competitive trends for innovation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies for improving tools, systems, and processes.
  2. Provide leadership, mentoring, training, development, and performance management to Operational and Creative Leaders.
  3. Troubleshoot challenges on-set, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising, or a related field required.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, visual composition, and aesthetic presentation.
  • Knowledge of commercial studio workflow and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
