Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Professional to join our team. This full-time role will focus on developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating and implementing effective paid marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on search engine marketing (SEM) and targeting high-intent keywords.

  • Paid Campaign Management:

    ">

    Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a focus on SEM and targeting high-intent keywords.

  • Performance Analysis:

    ">

    Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and regularly review bidding strategies and budgets to ensure optimal spending efficiency and maximize ROI.

    ">

  • Analytics & Tracking:

    ">

    Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, user behavior, and event tracking, and set up tags, triggers, and variables to ensure accurate conversion tracking.

    ">

  • Remarketing & Lead Nurturing:

    ">

    Develop and implement remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads to re-engage existing leads, and create segmented audience lists based on user behavior and funnel position.

  • Local SEO & Competitor Research:

    ">

    Enhance local visibility by optimizing Google My Business listings and tracking their performance, and conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, keyword opportunities, and new campaign strategies.

  • Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization:

    ">

    Monitor and analyze lead quality to ensure alignment with business goals, and provide feedback to improve lead generation forms and landing pages.

  • Team Leadership:

    ">

    Lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and fostering collaboration for successful campaign execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience:

    ">

    2+ years of experience in paid campaigns, with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and targeting high-intent keywords.

  • Key skills:

    ">

    Demonstrated ability to create segmented audience lists based on user behavior and funnel position, and experience running tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates from previously engaged users.
