  • Key Responsibilities Include:
    • ">
    • Driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and proficiency with changes impacting employees.
    • Increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes.
    • Collaborating with senior leaders and executives to support their role as change sponsors.
    • Providing direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors to help their direct reports through transitions.
    • Supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
    • Applying structured methodologies and leading change management activities.
    • Using change management processes and tools to create adoption strategies for project or initiative changes.
    • Supporting communication efforts and designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications.
    • Assessing change impact and conducting readiness analyses.
    • Identifying key stakeholders and supporting training efforts.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 5-14+ years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Strong techno-commercial knowledge.
  • Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
  • Consulting experience in Change Management is essential.
  • Supply chain and SAP S/4HANA experience are added advantages.
