Cost Estimation Manager

We are seeking an experienced cost estimation professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cost estimation process, including assessing quantities and material costs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cost estimation process for projects, ensuring accurate assessment of all quantities and material costs.
  • Review and validate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to gather necessary data for cost estimation.
  • Oversee and mentor junior cost estimators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of their work.
  • Prepare final cost reports and support the estimation manager in presenting estimates to senior management and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in cost estimation, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and software.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management skills.
