Event Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.

  • Job Description:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment

  • Manage event budgets and track expenses

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to optimize costs

  • Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, registration, and attendee engagement

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to assess event success

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Facility Management Experience:

  • Proven experience in facility management, including maintenance and repairs

  • Event Planning Experience:

  • Successful experience in event planning, coordination, and execution

  • Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
