The role of a Centre Head at our organisation is multifaceted and requires exceptional leadership skills. As the main point of contact, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the training centre ensuring high-quality education and effective training programmes are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage staff effectively
  • To coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
  • To monitor progress and implement strategies to enhance employability of trainees
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation standards

This full-time position is located in Solapur, India, and involves managing a team to deliver vocational training under the Skill India Mission. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or Management and experience working with similar initiatives is advantageous.
