**Job Title:**

ERP Implementation Specialist - Financial Systems Expertise

As an ERP implementation specialist, you will serve as the primary business partner for MSD 365 F&O finance operations across APAC and EMEA. This role requires ensuring clean, compliant data flows into data warehouses and business intelligence platforms.

The key responsibilities of this position include driving process excellence, faster close cycles, and insight-ready financial reporting for regional stakeholders. You will lead fit-gap analysis, requirements-gathering workshops, and end-to-end process design for finance and manufacturing-costing modules.

You will configure and support all finance and manufacturing-costing modules (chart of accounts, financial dimensions, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, budgeting, purchase and expense workflows, cost accounting, and manufacturing costing).

This role requires providing day-to-day support for finance and finance-operations modules, acting as an escalation point for critical issues. You will develop and maintain functional requirement documents, process maps, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.

You are responsible for owning the chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and finance data models, ensuring clarity and consistency.

**Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:

• Stakeholder Partnership & Governance

  • Serve as the single point of contact between finance leaders, plant controllers, and the D365 F&O technical team.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across APAC and Europe, facilitating alignment on priorities, scope, and roadmap.
Partner with other IT members, FP&A, operations, and other business units to align system capabilities with broader business strategy.Embed segregation-of-duties (SOX) controls through security role design and workflow approval rules.

**Key Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• 8+ years supporting finance systems with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with hands-on D365 F&O finance module expertise.
