Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Manager Site Manex to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a proven track record of driving process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency optimization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a site master plan for manufacturing excellence.
  • Leading change management processes for departmental level initiatives.
  • Maintaining alignment between supply chain departments through coordination.
  • Leveraging Manufacturing Management Systems (MMS) practices to meet broad plans.
  • Cultivating managerial leadership skills in team members.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of training programs.
  • Providing coaching on pert loss and waste leadership.
  • Participating in improvement projects using DMAIC methodology.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing and process improvement.
  • Strong influencing skills, data analysis, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
