Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

The role of a Quality Assurance Manager is to oversee the daily operations of concrete production and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

This position involves supervising production staff, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products, and continuous monitoring and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in production management and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete production processes
  • Expertise in Specialty Concretes like Porous, Colored, Self-Compacting, Lightweight Concrete, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with on-site operations and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will also need to have a strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
