As a senior project manager, you will oversee the timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand 2D/3D drawings of all disciplines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify design discrepancies and foresee potential execution risks.
  • Validate and review work orders, BOQs, and drawings to guarantee accuracy.
  • Develop detailed project schedules highlighting task dependencies and timelines.
  • Audit site work through regular inspections and remote monitoring to ensure quality control.
  • Ensure that all quality and timeline-related requirements are met.
  • Provide technical inputs and instructions to site supervisors.
  • Maintain timely site updates and communicate progress to customers.
  • Act as a bridge between designers and customers during the execution stage.
  • Update project trackers and summaries, sharing weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards and adhere to checklists and work method statements.
Requirements:
  • Management graduate or construction management degree from a reputable institution.
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Strong appreciation and understanding of home renovations and site execution.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.
  • Process-driven professionals with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
