  • Liaise with banks and accounts for tracking investor funds, providing transparency into investor holdings.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly investor reporting for funds, offering stakeholders valuable insights into fund performance.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies for timely compliance, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Manage investor queries on a regular basis, providing prompt and effective support to resolve investor concerns.
  • Prepare and send newsletters to investors in collaboration with the Investment team, keeping investors informed about key developments.
  • Review capital calls and investor statements of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Monitor investor payouts and distributions, management fees, vendor expenses charged to the fund, guaranteeing transparency into fund expenses.
  • Prepare fund NAV, fund master, and investor NAV on a quarterly basis, providing stakeholders with up-to-date information on fund valuation.
  • Calculate IRR and carry for investors and funds, ensuring accurate calculations and reliable data.
