Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Leader to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our company and ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and effective communication abilities to support business continuity. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining infrastructure, ensuring data security, and coordinating with vendors for upgrades.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills.
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, and IT security protocols.
  • Experience with VMware and Cyber Security is highly valued.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  3. Support employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for seamless operations.
  4. Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
  5. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.
