Job Title: Zendesk Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zendesk Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective ticket management, automation, and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Zendesk's capabilities and be able to configure and optimize the platform to meet our business needs. They will work closely with our customer success and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient support processes.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Zendesk settings, including user roles, permissions, and workflows
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline support processes
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zendesk configuration and functionality
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Zendesk features and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Zendesk System Administrator
  • Proven track record of implementing effective ticket management and automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of Zendesk Suite apps (Talk, Chat, and Sell) and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
