IVF Embryologist

Embryologists play a crucial role in an IVF center by managing and overseeing all laboratory-based aspects of fertility treatments. At Neelkanth Hospital, we are seeking an experienced Embryologist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining an optimal laboratory environment for embryo growth and storage, ensuring that conditions such as temperature, humidity, and other factors are closely monitored and controlled.

• Maintaining the Lab Environment: Ensure optimal conditions for embryo growth and storage, including temperature, humidity, and equipment maintenance.
• Retrieving Eggs: Assist in the retrieval of oocytes (eggs) during egg collection procedures, ensuring safe and accurate retrieval.
• Checking for Fertilization: Examine eggs under a microscope after fertilization attempts (IVF or ICSI) to confirm fertilization success.
• Incubating and Monitoring Embryos: Place fertilized eggs in an incubator that mimics the uterus' environment, ensuring optimal conditions for embryo development.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures to patients and work collaboratively with the medical team.

• Master's degree in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related field.
• Certification in Embryology from recognized professional bodies is preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience working as an Embryologist in an IVF center or fertility clinic.

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately ₹25,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
