Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled and innovative visual communications specialist to create high-quality multimedia deliverables.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to challenge conventional thinking, possessing a genuine passion for creative design.
  • Strong visualization and conceptualization skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in print-media design is required, with expertise in package design and label design being a significant plus point.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing production/design guidelines, ensuring diligent execution.
  • They should be capable of managing a small team of designers and taking complete ownership of the deliverable from inception to completion.
  • Experience in creating designs for both print and digital media is necessary, with a keen eye for detail and strong knowledge of user behaviors.
  • Preparation of mockups and presentations to stakeholders before finalizing designs is also required.
  • The candidate should be familiar with the latest graphics designing trends and possess the ability to suggest creative upgrades accordingly.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics development and video production is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating promotional content (flyers, brochures, etc.) or e-learning/publishing house content domain
  • Print media experience is a significant positive factor
  • Ability to work on content in non-English languages like European languages
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic tools
  • Hands-on experience in motion graphics via Adobe Animate and familiarity with After Effect and Premiere Pro
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Creativity and eagerness to learn about new developments in the field
  • Good communication skills to accurately communicate with the team and stakeholders
  • Mindful of stakeholder needs and time associated with delivered work
