Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to final construction.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong spatial visualization skills, have a solid understanding of construction technologies, and be adept at project management.

A successful Architect will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, showcase superior technical design abilities, and create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
  • Develop and present project proposals.
  • Modify designs and plans to meet client needs.
  • Create detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
  • Determine and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals.
Requirements
  • Degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an Architect is preferred.
  • Excellent technical drawing skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 15 years in Residential Building.
