Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI and innovation strategies for Tata Communications, driving business growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, and draw implications for Tata Communications' relevance, customer use cases, and productization opportunities.
  • Work with external partners, internal product and engineering teams to build innovative use case POCs/MVPs for customers or internal users.
  • Articulate the business opportunity and impact on customers and Tata Communications through value discovery.
  • Drive new idea generation that adds disruptive capabilities to existing products/platforms (Horizon 2) or builds new disruptive offerings around future needs (Horizon 3).
  • Engage in customer workshops to drive use case discovery/validation, value articulation, and execution.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Management with a bachelor's degree in technology preferred.
  • Prior work experience of at least 2-3 years (or more) in a consultative role with hands-on experience in building things.
  • Exposure to direct Client and stakeholder engagement.
Desired Skill Sets
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to work hands-on.
  • Great communication and presentation skills, including storytelling.
  • Strong analytical thinking, financial skills, and strategic mindset.
  • Self-starter, naturally motivated, and able to work independently with senior and difficult stakeholders.
