Job Title: Cybersecurity Infrastructure Manager

Your New Role:

This position is responsible for leading the network security team to support the global network security platform. The role will involve evaluating processes to ensure efficient outcomes, identifying service improvements, and documenting those improvements to maintain standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of network security engineers in supporting all network security infrastructure and services 24-7 by responding to and resolving requests and trouble tickets within SLA time.
  • Understand root causes of network security outages and take remediation steps to prevent recurrence.
  • Prioritize work across teams based on business criticalities and adapt to ad hoc tasks assigned by directors.
  • Ensure adherence to network standards and procedures in technical and functional areas.
  • Maintain positive relationships with user communities, peers, and management teams.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in system administration in an enterprise network security production environment.
  3. Experience leading technical teams or projects required.
  4. Expertise with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and management platforms.
  5. Process-oriented manager with strong execution and follow-through skills.
  6. Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize self and team.
  7. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  8. Flexible schedule requirements.
  9. Self-motivation and desire to improve infrastructure.
  10. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  11. Participation in management on-call rotation for out-of-hours support.
  12. Minimal travel anticipated for this position.
