As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for users on our app. Your role will involve providing support via chat, calls, and email regarding app usage, account issues, payments, and services.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Providing empathetic guidance and support for users seeking help with app features;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary;
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement;
  • Collaborating with other departments to address recurring issues and improve user satisfaction;

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline (business administration or communication preferred);
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer support/executive roles (preferably in the app or tech industry);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage;
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities;
  • An empathetic, patient, customer-first mindset;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) preferred;
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts as per business needs.
