Job Title: Community Manager – Coworking Expert

 

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our community as a Coworking Expert. The right candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a thriving, collaborative environment that fosters growth and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Strong organizational skills are also essential to manage the operations and events of the coworking space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Relations: Provide exceptional service to members by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Tours & Onboarding: Conduct tours for potential clients and lead the onboarding process for new members.
  • Community Development & Engagement: Plan and organize events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration and engagement.
  • Space & Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns to attract new members.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance.
