Job Title: Senior Firewall Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Palo Alto Firewall Security Engineer to join our elite cybersecurity team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and optimization of Palo Alto next-generation firewalls (NGFWs) across large-scale enterprise environments.

This role is critical in supporting global cybersecurity clients with 24x7 security operations, threat detection, and compliance.

  • Design, configure, and manage Palo Alto firewalls in high-availability environments.
  • Administer and maintain Palo Alto Panorama for centralized policy management, device configuration, reporting, and threat intelligence correlation.
  • Implement and manage GlobalProtect for secure remote access, zero-trust network access (ZTNA), and endpoint protection.
  • Configure and enforce Layer 7 security controls, including advanced URL filtering, anti-spyware, anti-virus, and anti-malware policies, application control and content filtering, SSL/TLS decryption and inspection.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Proven experience with Palo Alto Panorama.
  • In-depth knowledge of GlobalProtect.
  • Expertise in Layer 7 security features.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles.
  • Experience working in 24x7 SOC environments.

Certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, or PCPP are highly preferred.
