Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned eCommerce development professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Serving as a senior developer for eCommerce web-based solutions, focusing on the SAP Hybris platform is essential.
  • Implementing standards for development, source code control, documentation, digital testing practices, and release management is vital.
  • Collaborating with software development teams using source code management software such as Git is crucial.
  • Delivering high-quality code that meets quality expectations and is supported by well-documented architectural designs is key.
  • Providing level 1, 2, and 3 support for SAP Hybris eCommerce platform solutions is necessary.
  • Investigating and addressing the root cause of defects, incidents, and outages with internal IT teams and external vendors is important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with Java development and substantial experience is required.
  • Development experience with B2C and B2B Hybris accelerator, OCC, WCMS, Media, Backoffice, Cockpits, ASM is essential.
  • Familiarity with search engines like Solr, Coveo, Lucidchart is crucial.
  • Experience integrating various payment providers is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience creating standalone microservices is key.
  • Proficiency in code versioning and control systems (such as SVN and GIT) is vital.
  • Knowledge of SAP cloud infra CCV2 is required.
  • Understanding of SQL (MySQL, Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server) is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with SoapUI, REST Client/Postman, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular/React/Vue is crucial.
  • Experience integrating with CDN/Web Analytics/Application Monitoring and Alerting technologies is key.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Hybris development experience is required.
  • At least one experience with platform migration, ideally Hybris version 2208+ is essential.
  • Setup Hybris development environments and sandboxes is necessary.
  • Proficient in Hybris foundational concepts and has experience & knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modelling with Hybris, Data exchange and integration is required.
