Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Operations Manager for Blinkit. The role is based in Jodhpur, with some provisions for remote work. The Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, manage order fulfillments, coordinate with logistics, and handle inventory management. The role includes monitoring ecommerce KPIs, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The manager will work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to optimize operations and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and develop operational strategies
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and related tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote work
  • Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
