Senior Customer Relations Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to manage our customer relations and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Day-to-day follow-up with customers is essential to ensuring their satisfaction and the success of our projects.
Key accountabilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and project teams to support the resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related field required.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in customer management and project execution.
Competencies:
- Strong relationship development skills to build trust with customers and stakeholders.
- Proactive and efficient problem-solving abilities to address pressing issues.
- Business acumen to understand the needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
