Financial Modeling & Valuation Course Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead high-impact training sessions for our flagship Financial Modeling & Valuation course.

  • Deliver live classroom & online training sessions on Investment Banking-related modules, utilizing a range of instructional techniques to engage participants and foster learning outcomes.
  • Design and update realistic case studies, assignments, and financial models used in class, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate student submissions and provide actionable feedback, offering constructive guidance to improve performance and enhance skill development.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to improve the curriculum and delivery, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor students on career paths, skill development, and interview preparation, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure high engagement and learning outcomes across all batches, leveraging data analysis and performance metrics to inform instruction and drive results.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification, such as CA or CFA, combined with a keen interest in teaching and a strong working knowledge of financial models.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Transaction Advisory, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • A strong command over Excel-based Financial Modeling, DCF, Comps Valuation, and Pitch Decks, with the ability to create complex financial models and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences and facilitate effective collaboration.
  • A passion for mentoring and upskilling students, with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
