About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented QA Assurance Lead to oversee our Quality Assurance efforts across web and mobile platforms in the fintech/payments domain. As a key member of our team, you will lead end-to-end testing efforts across web, Android, and iOS platforms, ensuring consistent functionality, performance, and usability across all environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee and contribute to both manual and automation testing efforts.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
- Monitor QA metrics (defect density, test coverage, etc.) and report project status to leadership.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on with automation frameworks and open-source tools (Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter).
- Solid knowledge of different testing types – functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Experience in digital platform user testing with focus on Fintech/Payments - UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTPS is preferred.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
