The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the development industry with exposure to the complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain AS400 applications using RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2 technologies.
- Design, develop, and test complex CL programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver satisfactory results.
- Collaborate with vendors to execute and coordinate SIT & UAT phases.
- Troubleshoot issues during various phases of development.
- Communicate effectively in English and work well in a multi-cultural environment.
- Experience in Insurance domain, preferably in Life insurance domain.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a larger team.
- Self-motivation, flexibility, responsibility, and a desire for quality.
