Lead Healthcare Consolidation Efforts

We are seeking a seasoned Co-Chairman to spearhead our healthcare consolidation platform in Tier-2/3 India.

The platform aims to acquire and integrate small to mid-sized hospitals (20–100 beds) in these regions, targeting those with ₹10–₹60 crore in revenue and 12–18% EBITDA margins.

A significant market opportunity exists, driven by succession gaps, promoter fatigue, and regulatory pressures, which may lead to the transfer of ₹1.5 trillion in hospital assets over the next 5–7 years.

We envision acquiring ~5,000 operational beds through 70–80 transactions in 5–7 years, with EBITDA margin expansion and valuation uplift positioning the platform for an institutional sale or public listing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational oversight and clinical governance.
  • Drive standardisation of protocols, procurement, and staffing practices.
  • Support hospital integration and performance optimization.
  • Co-chair board and operational committees.
  • Collaborate with executive management on risk and strategic planning.

Candidate Requirements (Essential):

  • Retired senior healthcare executive with 15+ years of experience managing hospitals or healthcare networks.
  • Proven operational leadership in multi-site or integrated healthcare settings.
  • Strong background in clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks.
  • Prior board or advisory role experience is preferred.
