Our organization is seeking a skilled MES PAS-X Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and ensuring seamless operations.">Responsibilities:">
  • Provide L4 support for MES PAS-X Application with a strong focus on advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to perform L3 bug fixes.
  • Deliver L1/L2 support for MES PAS-X Application, including resolving L2 integration issues related to SAP, KP Info, SCADA, OSI PI, Scales, Printer, and other applications.
  • Manage incident, service request, and knowledge management processes effectively.
  • Design and execute batch records, manage shop floor orders, and oversee manufacturing order processes.
  • Configure printer and terminal profiles, manage user access, and maintain equipment master data.
  • Resolve L2 integration issues, install and configure application servers, manage rights and control data, and perform database updates as needed.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Install and hot fix software applications efficiently.

  • At least 5-8 years of experience with MES PAS-X Application.
  • Hands-on experience in L4 support for MES PAS-X Application.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform L3 bug fixes.
  • Strong knowledge of tooling aspects, batch execution record design, and manufacturing order management.
  • Proficiency in managing printer and terminal profiles, user access, and equipment master data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
