Job Overview

This is a key position responsible for developing and implementing effective financial governance strategies, ensuring strong audit compliance, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and manage complex financial models to analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the internal audit department and implement audit tools to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives.

Qualifications:

CA or MBA in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration with a minimum of 20 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, auditing procedures, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
