Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing specialist to drive performance and revenue across various platforms. As a data-driven professional, you will be responsible for turning clicks into customers and campaigns into results.

You will expand brand presence by identifying target audiences and distributing marketing content effectively. Your role will involve creating and implementing performance marketing strategies using both offline and online methods to gain new customers.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is also a positive team player. You should have experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads and be hands-on with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager.

You will analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly. Additionally, you should have experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns and a strong copywriting sense for ads.

In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager. You will conduct audience research and create targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness.

Your responsibilities will include developing and testing ad creatives, copy, and formats (image, carousel, video, reels, etc.). You will manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure ROI.

You will track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly. You will also set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies.

Furthermore, you will coordinate with design/content teams for creatives aligned with campaign goals. You will monitor competitor ad strategies and suggest improvements.

You will run A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting. You will prepare campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations.

Lastly, you will stay updated with Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting sense for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively.
  • Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.
